Perhaps, and I don't want to belabor this issue here since this is an investment thread. But, regardless of who said what, Clinton is still allowed to defend himself. What bothers me the most is that the prosecuter got to air his case in the public without Clintons team having ample opportunity to review at and rebut it. That is my underlying problem...regardless is he has to go or not...this is not the American way. OG
