You do have a simple mind, Thats why you are not a president. Heres a simple thought for you,

IF ONE DOES NOT BELIEVE HE IS LYING DOES THAT MAKE HIM A LIAR? or better
IF ONE DOES TELL THE TRUTH, CAN HE BE LYING?

See if you can figure it out. Real simple right?

Perjury is however the law defines it and the supreme court interprets it.
