Y2K not a problem??? Anyone who REALLY know's anything at all about it knows it's a huge potential problem. Only someone who was hopelessly short on TAVA or just plain ignorant would think there's no problem with Y2K compliance. Here's just one more little news item on this issue:
dailynews.yahoo.com

TAVA will have more business than it can possibly handle on this ONE PART of their business well into the year 2000 and beyond. The issue will not go away when 2000 comes. It will still take many years after that before all the affected software and hardware has been reprogrammed or replaced. The embedded systems are especially troublesome. If anyone reading this has the opinion that Y2K is not a "real" issue, you ought to do some "real" research on the subject and not trust anyone's opinion (yes, including mine) on this thread. Even talk to some "real" programmers.

TAVA may be down now, briefly, but I have no doubt this stock will back into the teens to low 20's next year. Too many big contracts signed and ready to be signed. Earnings will be SOARING-- and that's the true bottom line...

Best Regards,

R. Gates
