Hubert, I am not sure whether you are a great thinker, or simply have access to mind-altering drugs not available to the general public, but I must say your posts make me ponder, and I appreciate you for that.

I suppose one could be a well-respected biographer AND a sensationalist, but when you think about it, there is a contradiction. Even the most notable and exciting people have mundane and unexciting parts of their lives. It seems to me that a sensationalist would glamorize all of a person's life, and exaggerate even the titillating bits. So in doing that, wouldn't he lose respect as an accurate biographer? Isn't accuracy what is respected in the world of biographers, a necessity?

Looking for the details . . . deafened by the white noise . . .
