You are off by a month. September 30 is the last day of the government's fiscal year. I can't wait until its over. The last couple of weeks have been hectic for me spending expiring funds. Between yesterday and today alone I expect to obligate over $650,000.

Since we are sharing war stories, I labored in the coal mines for 15 years. Saw the wire rope break and 5 cars of supplies rumbled 1,000 feet down a 17 degree slope. What a mess! Guess who had to help straighten that mess out? I consider myself lucky tho, I got out of there with 9 1/2 fingers.
