Insiders own about 21%. I am sure that they would like to maximize their own shareholder value. Given the amount of cash and investments on hand and the large capital loss carry forward, TSSW's large insider shareholders have several options: 1) Sale the company to a larger company with a stronger marketing team 2) Look for partnerships / marketing mergers 3) Find a profitable niche market Still believe we will hear some good news soon. DC
