I glad someone else can admit they can't figure out the significance of this filing. It looks like they are trying to say that they plan to release a financial report but it is not going to be "SEC-binding" (meaning the auditors will bless it based on the material they've been given, but aren't interested in going to jail if EXSO didn't show them everything). Any other opinions ? Does it matter ? Anyone brave enough to buy wallpaper ? Regards, Chris
