Remember that it was the Congress that voted, overwhelmingly, to release the report publicly. Starr was only to submit the report to Congress. I think what Clinton has done is disgusting, albeit human frailty does exist in all of us. I feel sorry for his wife and daughter having to suffer the humiliation of the man in the family. What I can not live with though, is any President of the United States lying under oath. I don't care if it is about sex or something else. The man lied under oath in a Federal Grand Jury. Just pitiful. That's all I have to say.
