That almost sounds like a contriction to other accepted notions and principles, since the use of gateways as we know them now as discrete entities is only intended to be a temporary fix. In other words, one would think that viewing deeper into the next century, there would be no need for them.

Without benefit of reading the article, then, I'll proceed cautiously in answering some of your questions later on, but I'll refrain from touching "Hilga The Dancing Machine." Tell me, do they have virtual reality games at those fuel stops? <g>
