Informission Group Signs Worldwide License Agreement With
The World Leader In The Global Information Services
Industry

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--

SEPTEMBER 15, 1998

Agreement reinforces U.S. presence

Informission Group Inc. announced today that it has signed a
worldwide license for its RECYC2000(TM) solution, part of
RECYC-ENTERPRISE(TM) suite of tools, with one of the world's

This non-exclusive licensing agreement allows the system
integrator to use RECYC2000(TM) in any of its conversion factories
worldwide. A RECYC2000(TM) factory is already presently in
operation in the United States.

"This agreement firmly establishes our presence in the United
States," stated Informission Group CEO Jacques Topping. "Our
growth strategy is focused on rapid expansion throughout the U.S.,
Europe and Latin America. With the recent announcement of a
distribution agreement in Latin America with DTS, and this
agreement, we are well on our way to fully realizing our
strategy," added Mr. Topping. Mr. Topping further stated that,
"We are very proud of this agreement because the selection of the
RECYC2000(TM) solution was done after thorough analysis and
rigorous testing. This gives our solution more value in the
American market now and in the future."

This agreement licenses the use of RECYC2000(MC), one of the
modules of RECYC-ENTREPRISE(TM), Informission's full suite of
solutions for the modernization of information systems.
RECYC-ENTERPRISE(TM) represents Informission Group's flagship
solution for legacy system modernization. It includes several
modules:

- RECYC2000(TM), a leading solution addressing the Year 2000
conversion problem;

- RECYC2000-AUDIT(TM), created for companies who wish to ensure
their conversion work is Year-2000 compliant;
