I just saw a Gypsy Moth - Got me to thinking about the Chicken and the Egg Question...What comes first the Moth or the Catipillar...do I ask this question to Tim Hall? I don't think I will call Dale on this -today. He might tell me something about the use of Moth Balls in the Formular that Max Cooley uses in the Chitty Process. I heard last month, and posted, that Max was hard at word at the P-7 Desert Lab. I certain think that we are seeing a Transformation from all technew to part NEWTECH- Part Conventional Tech Mining.
