ROUND ROCK, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 15, 1998--Dell Computer Corporation (NASDAQ:DELL), the world's leading direct computer systems
company, today reduced prices on selected configurations of its Dell Precision(tm) WorkStation 410 by up to 14.2 percent in the United States.

Effective today, the price of a Dell Precision WorkStation 410 with a 400MHz Pentium(R) II processor, 64MB of RAM, 4GB SCSI hard disk drive, 14/32X(1)
CD-ROM drive, 21-inch monitor (19-inch viewable), Windows NT(R) and a Diamond Permedia2 8MB AGP graphics card is $2,970, a drop of 14.2 percent.

The Dell Precision WorkStation 410 offers customers workstations with dual-Pentium II processors at prices comparable to some competitors' single-Pentium II
processor workstations.
