Raptech; There we have it! The specialist opened today at 21 3/8. He went a little further than I expected yesterday but wouldn't let it go higher than 23 1/4 and capped it there. He did average volume but I noticed he was selling to mainly small investors. This is often called distribution. Now, for no apparent reason he opens at 21 3/8. Let's see how low he is willing to go?
