The best ones where I've been able to find information are: barrons.com edgar-online.com You need to register at Barron's (it's free). I found their last quarter earnings report there. Edgar has a filing they did for an admendment to their prospectus (has lots of interesting information). I called the company on WED and asked them when they would be releasing earnings for 4Q96 which ended in Sept. They said it would be released by end of this month. They have sent it off and awaiting to get it back from their auditors (Grant Thorton). I think a lot of automatic sell orders by institutional holders kicked in yesterday after the stock fell below $4. If they report decent earnings, then the stock should recover since it is seriously oversold right now. The million dollar question.
