Well, Gary, that depends how much they pay (assuming we are talking about LU). If Mory holds out for the $70 people have mentioned, the merger would certainly be dilutive, unless ASND somehow increases its earnings to match the multiple produced by a $70 stock. Anything above 50 would seem to be at least somewhat dilutive. gary
