Ascend is eating Ciscos lunch in the core. As an investor that is long on both Cisco and Ascend there is nothing that get's my hackles up more than the occasional post with this worn out comment in it. Ascend continue to do well in the core. Cisco is also doing well there...and in fact doing much better than they were a year ago. The core is all ASND has and they are the kings there but let's not go down this rat hole of beating on my good friends at Cisco. ASND can continue to do well in the core as can Cisco - one does not preclude the other. OG
