Well, people will have to separate their opinions of my situation from the logic of the scenarios I'm posing. There is always an angle to things that "seem too good". I'm just theorizing what those angles are here. And no has yet shown me any reason to reject my theory. When they do, with evidence, my argument would deflate.
And considering that you were also a supporter of the hypsters who involved in RMIL, I would have to suggest that the opinions of such people are quite suspect as well. After all, the SEC was concerned enough about Riley and Pugs activities on TVSI, that they subpoenaed him records.
You're hardly objective Allen. You have a personal grudge against me and this bias has distorted your ability to analyze investments and the risk such investments pose to the unwitting folks who listen to hypsters. But in the end, some poor investor will be left holding the bag and there had better be a high probability that the company will be able to eventually justify any high stock prices realized from a short squeeze.
Btw, you're right... DUI/DWI is a criminal offense. You are not sued for DUI/DWI, you are arrested, jailed, and ultimately vindicated or convicted. I've never had a DUI (knock on wood... :0) I hope you can say the same.
But (hypothetically speaking) if you had, should I then claim that anything you ever say are merely the ramblings of a drunk?? Should I decline to provide someone any semblance of credibility based upon the fact that they were once convicted of DUI??
This is not lessen the severity of the complaint against me. And were I being sued for Fraud instead of a failure to disclose, that would be a different matter as that could lead to criminal charges. However, I feel no great comfort from that. Many people have been damaged, to include my family and friends. It is now incumbent upon the company to mitigate that damage by rehabilitating itself and reviving our equity value. (may take years or may never happen.. that is for the future to display.)
I hope you never make a mistake in your life Allen... Certainly, don't let me find out about it. I would feel a strong compulsion to rub your nose in it the same way you handle my situation. Hard to overcome those Scorpio related tendencies.
Finally, one of my initial posts on this thread dealt with Stevita's problem with the FDA and how I was concerned that AZNT was heading for similar problems. I provided a link. I was subsequently personally attacked.
It doesn't matter what I do... I'll still be personally attacked. I have accepted that but have not forgiven it.
