As I said before Kathryn Ness is a very resourceful person. The product seems sound. The technology is almost too enticing to the industry and to pick up a company for pennies a share is attractive given the R&D of a product has been completed. IMO I see a possible restructuring under bankruptcy which might be the best thing for APTX. With some Ness charm and magic anything could happen. She has pitzfa! YOU GO GIRL!
