Actually I think it stands for...transition point?

Where they transition from having nothing to trying to put something together...ANYTHING!

MSFDC's origional timetable on e-Bill, and anybody can correct me if I am wrong, was 1st Q 1998....that was when they first put the MSFDC deal together last summer.

Other names which might have better described the venture...DO OR DIE, BALLSHOT, or my favorite BRAINDEAD....
