To answer your two questions:

In the latest roadshow, we have been highlighting the possibilities of the SDS(tm) Safe Delivery Source. The SDS gas source is able to hold up to 5x as much gas, below atmospheric pressure--in the same-sized cylinder as high pressure gas. With our partner, Matheson Gas Products, we have made good inroads into the ion implant portion of the semiconductor industry. The SDS gas source improves production efficiencies and reduces safety concerns. ATMI has worked hard to patent this technology, and its applications outside the semiconductor industry.

For NovaMOS, there has been much greater demand for our source reagents, especially as the DRAM manufacturers seek to speed development of new memory, so they can gain a competitive advantage...and maybe a profit! The LDSs are doing nicely too, but its the razor blade where you make the best margins.

Regards,

Dean
