If you assume AOL has 25% of the internet access market and will continue to have at least 25% as the internet continues to grow and will up its e-commerce revenues to 50% of total revenues and that this will go on for the next ten years or so, you start being able to justify AOL's current price. Those seem to be the kind of assumptions the street's making about AOL (except, as you point out, S&P).
