From what I understand Starnet has 22.45 million shares issued but there are also 10 mil in escrow (non-trading shares) until 1999. Taking into account the shares of All Directors & Executive Officers as a Group (1,335,000 shares)and shares sold during the Doug Casey write-up (approx. 1.2 mil) and the shares listed in the 10-SB under Transfers Involving Pacific Rim Transfer (aprrox. 3 mil in friendly hands)I would say the float looks to be in the 4-6 mil range.

Extrapilating on these figures my guess would be that we would need to see about 2-3 mil shares traded in the very near future for a break out into a higher trading range. Not unrealistic as long as they get a new PR/IR firm that can move 2-3 mil shares. Now that's an interesting thought.......some of my broker buddies could do that in their sleep.

So this is SNMM's first profitable quarter then, I expect there will be a news release to go along with this filing.

Yeeeehiiiii!!!
