And as a caveat. If the 144 shareholders filed with the SEC to sell. They can only sell in 10% increments and on upticks. Also, the restraining order calls for over 4.4MM shares to be bought in the open market and returned to the TA. The 144's are a non-issue.
Secondly, after the shares have been purchased, the freeze will be lifted at the DTC. Shares will be called into name. Approx. 1.5MM shares are in safe & friendly hands. They will be called into name immediately. Then you will see a squeeze as the need for paper becomes critical, since the market has been made naked since the DTC freeze on AZNT.
