Well, IMHO I think there will be several important announcements in the months to come. BTW, I just talked with the PR firm and they said the exact terms (stock or ?) of the 10% are unclear to them at this time. I'm sure we'll see a filing at some point. One's time horizon with a stock of this kind clearly dictates one's view of the company and its future. For example, I have taken the time and used resources to become familiar with ACTV Net and I am very pleased with what I have seen. Sometimes a gardener just has to let the plants grow, the fisherman has to let the bait work, etc....that's where I am at with this. Ed
