The two factors that could get IAIC moving up are good earnings for 3Q and evidence of a viable post 2000 strategy. I spoke to Sandy Rosenberg (CEO)and Neal Sanders (IR) today and this is what I came away with. As Sandy has noted in the past their income depends a lot on CA's efforts.Last quarter IAI got 2.3 million from their CA connection. CA gets a good part of its business in the last days of the quarter and IAI does not find about until after the fact. So in fact at present it is not known what CA will contribute to IAI for 3Q.I think this uncertainty is one factor in the fall in the price. If CA contributes more than last quarter then IAI will show a corresponding increase in revenue. If not then the present price reflects IAI's value as simply a software services company. Regarding post y2k I have been told that they have teamed with IBM on a bid for a contract of $10. million from the gov't. If they receive this it would be great because it would show post y2k work as well as an IBM connection. This should be determined with the next few weeks. Two more comments:

1) 3Q earnings announced 11/2

2) the above is my reporting of our conversations; obviously I am not a spokesperson for the co. and make no claim of complete accuracy.
