How can I create anything in regards to this company??

I didn't issue 1 million shares of stock to my father for $10,000 worth of dubious consulting work, while he moonlighted as a gov't employee. (or was he a gov't employee moonlighting as an import/export consultant? I forget.)

I'm not the one failing to disclose the terms of preferred stock conversion and any restrictions upon such conversions.

I'm not the one writing press releases wherein I state that I'm targeting my non-FDA approved natural sweetener as a replacement for FDA approved sweetening food additives.

Am I in control? Do I make the decisions there??

Surely, thou doth protest too much about my ability to impact this company's prospect in any way, shape, or form.

All I have posted here are potential pitfalls that shareholders much hold management accountable for. After all, management is seeking to interest you in the company's shares and it is only fair that they provide a measure of security against dilution or legal violations in marketing their products.

AZNT shareholders fail to realize that the easiest way to decrease my presence here is to deflate my arguments with convincing logic supported by legal evidence or documentation.

All management has to do is announce that they are placing restrictions on insider preferred stock and my arguments would descend from theory to mere conjecture.

Why does what I say so frighten you and others? (based upon the amount of effort spent in attempts to personally attack me)
