Agree! Gorbachov WAS a statesman...an unbelievable one.
Disagree...BC had done little in the job for which he was hired. and hired by a minority, too. The country has virtually run itself and he shows up for photo ops. I'm sincerely glad he's done little damage...but just because we are in a good economy...you best thank Bill Gates and many other vile capitalists instead of slick Willy.

Met a gorgeous salesperson at the St John Boutique 2 weeks ago....she's very conservative, works hard...and says her dad yearns for STALIN!!! Even tho Stalin killed all 4 of her grandparents. He forgets the bad, and like my father, just wants to find someone to take 'care' of him. Stalin would....just not the kind of care he's anticipating. Russia is really a 3rd world country that acts like a Big Boy, just because of its nuclear power. All infrastructure was sacrificed to make weapons. If you raise potatoes in the south of Russia, you can't get them to market to buy gasoline from the North...and visa versa. They are equal to the US as it was in about 1870....and cannot catch up in less that 25 years....they want it now, and they want us to pay for it. I vote no.

Forgot to tell Dwight that I had 4 courses in Russian history and gov't...as related to Lt American...because it was so hard to find Lt Am content courses at the time.
