Wellrich of San Diego just phoned from 1-888-361-0000,
claiming to be able to sell me shares of Amazon Natural
Treasurers (AZNT) for $1/share, even though the market
price is $2.75/share at present. AZNT is about to introduce
a new sugar-free sweetener. Any comments?

Now we're making assumptions on the amount of money that was raised by Wellrich, but they are claiming that do not hold any of the proceeds from the sales of that stock since they are not a broker/dealer, and taking revenues from investors in 144 stock would certainly be cause for their being heavily investigated and fined by the SEC.

However, we have reasonable cause to assume that at least 200,000(dollars) shares were sold since that is that is the amount of current 144 filings we are seeing listed.
