Every $ from WMF increased the Russian debt and walked to Swizzerland. Every "good" proposition from G7 was one more beat against stability in this country where US-type-treatments are not able to help. Every international help for Yelzin - a well experienced communist - was helping to suppress democratic forces in Russia. What a wonderful world we could see without interference in foreign issues and with a little bit patience.
