YES! Entertainment announces agreement with Federal Communications
Commission
PLEASANTON, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 20, 1996--
V-Link(TM) Receives FCC Certificate
YES! ENTERTAINMENT CORPORATION (Nasdaq NM Symbol: YESS) today announced that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has certified the Company's V-Link product as compliant with FCC technical regulations.
The Company also announced that it has reached an agreement with the FCC to address YES!'s inadvertent failure to obtain FCC approval prior to V-link's commercial sale.
Under the terms of the agreement, the Company will pay $31,000 to the U.S. Government and take steps to ensure that future products will comply with FCC rules and regulations.
