We'll, thats a dangerous game that Apparel is playing. Van Ness must really be trying to get funding from someone else because I'm sure she knew when she refused to let Southridge convert the loan, that Southridge would hold back the rest of the money. And we all know what happened when Southridge held back the 900K. Bankruptcy. Treetopflier: as far as I know you can't increase the number of authorized shares so that someone can do a conversion. Southridge would only be allowed to take whatever authorized is left.
