I haven't kept up with those companies as much as I liked, but my general sense is that there is a lot more competition with the hi-level fiber optic technology. So the playing field may have shifted somewhat. CIEN looks like a steal. I would think some company will want to buy it out soon. But, since I'm not as aware about the competitive balance anymore, I would be very cautious about CIEN and TLAB at this point. Another thing that makes it more dicey is the market. With this market, you have to really have strong conviction, otherwise, one wrong move and this market will sledgehammer a company. joe
