[ROE followup question] SA (Statistical Analysis) is a discipline I had not thought of applied to investments until Post #1 on the art of Investing thread (great post). This does conflict somewhat with "What Works on Wall Street" who found a benefit to higher than average ROE. His main theme was using multiple FA ratios in combination was more effective than a single.

Did the Smart Money look at other ratios with ROE - PE, PS, PCF, Margin.. ? Since the (perhaps temporially) high flyers usually don't have both very high ROA/ROE AND low PS, PE, PCF, using one VS multiples could effect the results of the study significantly. (WW on WS also used a longer time period for their sample, and may have also used a different basket of stocks)

Further thoughts? Scott
