Sorin. Pls. do not misunderstand me. I am not litigious and would
not be supportive of anyone attempting to sue. I dont blame
management so much as I blame their M&A advisors for the terms of
the merger.

I ask only that owners to do the rational thing. Vote against
a bad deal.
