$103 million and $0.20 should be the rough estimates for the quarter. The year over year earnings figure isn't that relevant since this quarter includes all kinds of integration related issues.

For Fiscal 1999 (June) I think estimates are around $1.65 or so. for the calendar year, I think the estimates should be in the $1.85 range. the analyst community is using 30% to 35% growth for the combined company. Any synergies could drive an acceleration.

Clearly at these valuations the market doesn't believe in the merged entity's ability to deliver short term.

We'll have to wait to see how the company does when it reports results October 22nd.
