Personally, I think their problem is similar to Intel's, basically the demand for more 3D performance is under pressure.

Also, I think they are too focused on retail market but OEM suffers. i740 and others are dividing that piece of the market.

They have a high book value and lots of cash, but if they do not generate sales, it could be ugly.
