Goldy/Gary been in this business since 1976 and learned that the rules are the rules. When a buy-in takes place it has to be filled. Now if market makers at lower bids don't want to fill the trade what can I do. Except to see that the those poor shareholders that short sellers are refusing to deliver certificates get their certs. Now what is wrong with that. You guys try to screw them and I help them out. Now if you don't want buy-ins deliver the stock you sell. It's that simple. By the way, who is Rafi Khan? Is he related to Gingus?
