Have not seen anything new today. However, the Barron's article mentioned in the link below is my best guess. By now (i.e., Tuesday) the issue has gotten a lot of exposure.

Have not seen the article, but if I understand the previous discussion, there is suspicion that GE Capital will feel profit pressure due to exposure in foreign/emerging markets?
