Somebody take out Hummingbird? Maybe, but unlikely.

Insider ownership + two of their original partners (Helix and TA Associates) control near 50% of the shares outstanding. Without their support, any battle for control would be futile. HUMCF announcement for stock re-purchase (1M shares for cancelation - 7.7% of total outstanding) will easily push this ownership block to over 50%.

Helix and TA are in it for the long haul. The both equity partners have a history of planting patient seed capital and waiting. I doubt either has plans to sell to this market soon.
