I did not seek to be in any way insulting in my arguments. Regrets for this - but I feel the price was fair.

I draw more of a distinction between acquisition and merger than I read in your post.

I sought to underscore the point that MIFGY holders are experiencing a similar level of pain in share price %age decrease - where I felt that the drift of the discussion was that is was just ISLI holders that were hurting. Of course we have a fixed "exchange rate".

So, ISLI would do far better on their own. A view I contest. Their performance I describe at best as patchy. Not to say that MIFGY are world's better - but better. IMHO size matters and the merger makes a very big difference to all.

I see merger benefits (but not as specific as I would like at this time - I have been promised that the up-coming road show will address my concerns). Do you see any of significance - or is it all bad news for ISLI holders?
