Elmo, I read the first two links throughly. I still don't understand.. where we are on an outstanding share basis. I you take a quote right now; anywhere, it shows ~343 + or - closer to ~344M oustanding. MS does a report showing ~330 and Salah shows ~348. You know no. of shares outstanding affect the eps calculation. I don't know where we are with this right now. Regards, Joe...
