The fires are a problem since they cause smoke that causes unnecessary hazards. Plus -the reason that the fires are burning is because it is bone dry. If Kennecott starts a fire -I'm sure that they get to pay to help put it out!
They are hoping to start drilling next week. Considering that all the other companies in the ADP are doing nothing at the moment -at least MEO is planning to drill and do not have any financial problems whatsoever now. The newsletter writers have plenty of egg on their faces at the moment since MEO is sitting pretty.
The targets that they have apparently have the same signature that Ashton pipes give. If you make it to the Calgary show this weekend -Thomas will be there showing this off. I tried to get him to put it on the web site -which they may well do.
If Kennecott hit kims we will see an extensive drill program heading right through the winter. Montello has been holding on very well at 30 cents. Look what has happened to Troymin and PUG -and Ashton. Time will tell. JP (And Montello has another unexplored property if this one does not pan out- mind you some news letter writers can't see that far ahead.)
