Radim, it appears that you are truly convinced that there is a conspiracy fomented by the MMs. I've a simple solution for you: trade stocks that are listed on an exchange. But, if you take this advice, watch out for the evil floor traders, the take no prisoners specialists and the ever popular $2 brokers; they're an evil cabal if there ever was one.
