Paul,

in haste, I guess I did not make myself clear. History is not a good choice of words, may be transparency. I would like Soros to disclose what he did and when. I also would like to know what other speculators were doing at the same time. Then the number crunchers could take a look and extrapolate the impact of his actions.

There are two major concerns that I have regarding his speech in front of capital hill today. One is what is his current opened positions. Just think if Greenspan is short the market and tomorrow, he said the Feds are leaning towards raising rates in front of capital hill. My second concern is Soros clear agenda as evidenced by his generous foundations for the ex USSR nations. Is he potentially lobbying for his private causes?

Before anyone gets too excited, please understand that I am in no way accusing anyone of any wrong doing, manipulation, or whatever. I have heard of Soros but am totally clueless as to what Quantum and Soros do. I saw the interview on CNBC when Quantum said they lost $2 billion in Russia. How did they lose it? Were those loans, stocks or what? As an example, if he is suggesting IMF should support Russia, would that in anyway reduce his losses? I understand Quantum is off shore based and they don't have to follow SEC rules (is that true?).

On top of that, I still don't understand why he is "chosen" to appear on capital hill. Was it by invitation?

Too many questions looking for answers.
