Re BOA/Nations -- Don't forget that Nations boss Hugh McColl is running the merged bank, and McColl was one of the prime movers behind Integrion in the first place. I don't see him abandoning his own creation in order to hang onto a money-losing division of his latest (in effect) acquisition. I would bet the ranch that BOA's billpay guys will be among the first to get the axe.
