Glad to see that they have adopted a "poison pill" plan, I'm pretty well satisfied that we have good management, and this should help to keep it that way. Wonder if they were responding to any particular threat of take over, or just covering their bases. Liked your post on Triby, thought it was well balanced and most likely correct.
