You sure about that Papillon? I remember them saying "EXTERMINATE EXTERMINATE EXTERMINATE" over and over but not much else. I skimmed some Dr. Who scripts on the Net and couldn't find any reference to the Daleks being the model for the Borg line. Do you have a link or a reference to the book or episode in which they first said it?
