The gist of the matter here is not the sexual relationship Clinton had with Lewinsky. How many times needs that to be said? That is a matter between Clinton and his wife and family, and is trouble enough for the man.

The problem is perjury, suborning a witness, suppressing evidence, abuse of the powers of his office, et al. Clinton has apparently committed acts which a number of people are now in jail for. Clinton has apparently committed acts for which a number of supervisors, soldiers and other persons in authority have lost their jobs for. Clinton has not been convicted of these acts, but he cannot be tried for them as long as he is President. That is why he must be impeached.

The country will survive Bill Clinton. We must be brave and strong and do what is called for when the President commits criminal acts.

Richard
