I agree with everything you've said. The issue of whether I'm being "pound foolish" is a real concern with me. As to the fees,I hope I was wrong. I read them as 1 1/2 cents per share for all ECNs, ISLD, INCA, etc. I'll check with them. And as to Datek, etc. I am convinced that they are truly too expensive, given their fill problem when volume is high.
