I think its quite clear that Clinton's actions here are not impeachable under our constitution.

That this most minor, and most understandable, and least consequential (other of course than the potential punishment for it that Republicans are pushing), of all imaginable perjuries, is a High Crime and Misdemeanor, is absurd.

Of course it is not. Although perjury often could be. Certainly not this perjury, on a collateral matter and immaterial line of questioning, in a frivolous and dismissed lawsuit, that was brought by his zealous right wing enemies for the express purpose of enabling them to conduct an inquisition into his private sex life with power of subpoena under oath. The judge even subsequently threw out the whole Lewinsky line of questioning as immaterial.

I'm an independent. Becoming thoroughly disgusted with Republicans, I can assure you.

The backlash will come, and come hard.
